Welcome to Veranda!

We provide an authentic Montessori program in a loving environment, with ready outdoor access; allowing children to discover and grow their passions and strengths, coming into their full potential.

We offer a home-like setting with a full range of Montessori materials, as well as daily conversational Spanish exposure. To help mantain a cozy and tight knit community in the school, we have a mixed age - 2.5 to 6 years old - group of up to 12 children maximum, with  one Montessori AMS certified teacher and an assisting adult. 

Veranda is located minutes away from Carkeek park, and serves families from Ballard, Phinney Ridge, Greenwood, Broadview, and even Shoreline areas.
